Our investor outreach strategy has been crafted to deliver tailored investor outreach at scale – ensuring you have a pipeline of engaged investor prospects to create demand in your funding round.
WEEK 1: Investor Targeting
Our database includes angel investors, funds, exited founders and HNWIs. We’ll create a tailored target list totalling 1,000 of the most appropriate individuals. You’ll be assigned an account manager and a bespoke email domain will be created and ‘warmed up’ so that messages are less likely to end up as spam.
WEEK 2-12: Investor Outreach
We’ll ghostwrite personalised outreach messages on your behalf – typically sending around 50 messages a day to avoid triggering spam filters. We’ll monitor engagement statistics and adjust the email copy and pitch content where necessary based on the data and insights gathered.
WEEK 2-12: Results and Analysis
We’ll deliver high volumes of engagements each week, delivering warm investor leads. A typical outreach campaign takes 10-12 weeks to complete. We will also provide you with weekly data reports, so you can see the results of your campaign and follow up with interested parties.
WEEK 12+: Ongoing Outreach
Once the initial outreach is complete, you have the option to continue the campaign on a rolling monthly contract. You should keep in constant contact with investors who have engaged, sending them regular updates about your business development and progress.
