As part of a wider marketing strategy we created an online video aimed at increasing response rates on the Home Support and Care website. The video production was also used across Age UK’s internal social media channels. We storyboarded the video; wrote the script; art directed the look and feel; recruited actors; directed the shoot; managed costumes, props, make-up, hair and styling; selected and recomposed the soundtrack and managed the voiceover and sound mix.
As part of our marketing consultancy and brand-building strategy we developed the Home Support and Care proposition to target the families of people who rely on the service. Research suggested these were the decision makers. Overall, the campaign resulted in a 100% increase in sales.
